The Kingston Pike Sequoyah Hills Association Board is sponsoring a Membership Drive starting in January, 2025. Our goal is to remind neighbors that it's a new calendar year and we are collecting membership dues. Your contributions, dues are not mandatory, allow us to operate, advocate, and implement for the beautification and common good of our special neighborhood.
Knoxville Covenant Health Marathon
The Marathon course runs along Cherokee Blvd., Blows Ferry Rd., and Noelton Dr. Show your neighborhood spirit and CHEER the runners. SH has always won the 1st Place Cash Prize in the Marathon’s Annual Neighborhood Cheering contest. SHOW OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SPIRIT.

Annual Christmas Tree Lighting
Start your holiday season festivities with neighbors.
Your Kingston Pike Sequoyah Hills Association is organizing the annual lighting of our neighborhood Christmas Tree. It will be located at the Frog Fountain on Cherokee Blvd. We will serve hot chocolate and sugar cookies for the kids and a choice of coffee/mocha for the adults. Plan to make your annual Santa photo at our “Santa Photo Station.” Also, there will be a kid station to make reindeer food for Santa’s visit.
Free to all residents in our neighborhood.
Labor Day Picnic
The KPSHA is gearing up for an unforgettable Labor Day Picnic, promising a day brimming with fun and flavor. As families gather in the sun-drenched park, childrens’ faces light up with anticipation as they queue up for whimsical face-painting designs, balloon artistry, and a kickball tournament. Amidst laughter, music, and friendly competition, the KPSHA Labor Day picnic is poised to be a celebration of community spirit and summer’s end.
