OPEN QUICK DRAW COMPETITION will be located in our neighborhood on Saturday, Sept. 27. If you're curious, come see national artists who have been painting in the Mountains for a week as they capture the beauty of our unique neighborhood. If you’re artistic, Please JOIN IN. Artist Display, Judging, Awards and Sales in the park at 2:00 PM. A juror from Vermont will award the winners. Top prize is $500 and an invitation to join Plein Air Smokies as a featured artist in 2026.

Proceeds benefit the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, an environmental education center that provides hands-on experiences for people of all ages to connect with nature.
