• Election of board officers and new members to replace open seats due to resignations (see below)

In preparation for the KP-SHA Annual Meeting on April 23, 2024 the Nominating Committee would ask that the following individuals be proposed as the slate of officers:

President - Jay Schmid

Vice President - Edward Nicholson

2nd Vice President - Ryan McNally

Treasurer - Margaret Rogers

Secretary - Jamie Drysdale

Three KP-SHA Board members have submitted their resignation effective April 2024:

Allison Peek

The Nominating Committee would like to propose three individuals for nomination to the KP-SHA Board as of April 2024:

Karen Bell

Lindsay Conrad
