Maintain our beautiful landscaping in neighborhood common spaces
Join with our neighbors at the Annual Labor Day Picnic, 4th of July Parade, and Halloween Festivities
Celebrate together at our Christmas Tree Lighting featuring Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus
Partner with Sequoyah Elementary on their Science Garden and playground beautification
Provide for our dog stations, including waste bags and regular emptying of trash cans

ANNUAL MEETING, April 30, 2026
Efforts are underway to revamp the Annual Meeting to reach more neighbors and include families with kids. Think along the lines of activities for kids… food for kids… limited guest speakers (and time to speak)… unveiling of an exciting new neighborhood project… and an opportunity to solicit your input for a neighborhood improvement capital campaign. KPSHA Board Meeting, February 2, 2026
The next KPSHA Board Meeting will be Monday, February 2, 2026, 6:30 at Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church, Spitzer Education Building (weather permitting). On the agenda are proposals to approve our 2026 budget (see where all the $$$ goes), Plans for the Annual Meeting, New Capital Campaign proposals, Looney Island Boat Ramp Update, and the usual crime, treasurer, membership, and beautification reports.
