Kingston Pike/Sequoyah Hills Association Membership Information

The Board of Directors welcomes new members of the association. KP/SHA works on behalf of its members to speak for property owners in matters of local government, to preserve property values, and offer events and programs that promote a sense of community.

The Association's annual program of work is focused in three areas:

  • Code Enforcement, Zoning, Beautification, and Neighborhood Issues.
  • Safety and Security.
  • Community Events and Meetings.

Volunteer Involvement

Members are encouraged to volunteer for a KP/SHA initiative or work group, please send an email to info@sequoyahhills.org with your contact information and an indication of your interests.

Membership Criteria

Membership is open to residents and property owners in the Kingston Pike/Sequoyah Hills neighborhood, and Corporations doing business within the geographic area.

Dues

Dues are $50.00 per household for a calendar year (January - December). Dues and donations are the sole source of financial support for the programs of this volunteer organization. Monetary donations are welcome and are tax- deductible.
